Booking Policy

How to Book

  • Submit the availability form before making payment.
  • A booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from Saders Studio and full payment is received.

Payments

  • Full payment is required to secure your date and time.
  • Prices are for studio hire only unless otherwise stated. Add-ons (equipment, backdrops, furniture, props, crew) are quoted separately.

Rescheduling

  • You may request one reschedule (subject to availability) with at least 7 days’ notice at no charge.
  • Reschedules within 7 days may incur a fee. Same-day reschedules are treated as a cancellation.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • 7+ days’ notice: 100% refund less a 10% admin fee, or full credit.
  • 3–6 days’ notice: 50% refund or 75% credit.
  • 48 hours or no-show: Non-refundable
  • Credits are valid for 3 months and are non-transferable.

Session Length & Overtime

  • Half Day = 4 hours. Full Day = 8 hours.
  • Hire time includes bump-in, setup, pack-down and cleaning.
  • Overtime is billable in 30-minute blocks at the current overtime rate and is subject to studio availability.

Access & Check-In

  • Access is only for the booked hours. Early entry or late exit may not be possible.
  • The person who booked must be on site at check-in and may be asked to present ID.

Capacity & Guests

  • Maximum occupancy must be observed (as advised in your confirmation).
  • You are responsible for the behaviour and safety of all attendees, contractors and clients.

Use of Space & Equipment

  • Standard furniture and listed amenities are included unless otherwise noted.
  • Please do not affix anything to walls/ceilings (no screws, nails or strong adhesives). Only low-tack tape is permitted.
  • Glitter, confetti, smoke/haze, open flames, aerosols, body oils, paint or similar are not permitted without prior written approval and may incur extra cleaning fees.

Cleaning & Rubbish

  • Leave the studio as you found it: return furniture, wipe spills, and remove all rubbish.
  • Excess cleaning or waste removal will be charged at the current rate.

Damage, Loss & Bond

  • You are liable for any damage to the studio, building or equipment caused during your hire.
  • A refundable security bond or card pre-authorisation may be required. Repair/replacement costs and associated downtime may be deducted/charged.

Noise, Neighbours & Building Rules

  • Please respect noise limits and common areas. No loitering or blocking entrances/exits.
  • Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the studio and building.

Content & Compliance

  • Illegal, unsafe or explicit content, or activities that breach building rules or laws, are not permitted.
  • You are responsible for any permits, licences and third-party consents required for your shoot or event.

Insurance & Liability

  • We recommend public liability insurance for your production.
  • Saders Studio is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property or hired goods brought onto the premises.

Force Majeure

  • If an event beyond our reasonable control prevents your booking (e.g., power outage, government order), we will offer a reschedule or credit.

Photography Rights

  • You own the content you create. Saders Studio may request permission to share behind-the-scenes imagery you provide or tag (optional).

Policy Updates

  • Saders Studio may update this policy at any time. The version in force at the time of booking applies.
