At Cutting Edge Carpentry and Constructions, we think that moving to a new house is an exciting adventure that should be enjoyed in its entirety. We will be present at every stage, from designing the blueprints to selecting your fixtures and finishes to the building process, move-in and beyond.

Our Time Frame Guarantee ensures that we will complete your new home on time or that YOU will be compensated for each additional day that it takes to complete, since we value your time. We know that you and your family are excited to move into your new home, and we also recognise that you must make arrangements while your new home is being built. We thus promise to give your new home's construction the attention it needs, from site preparation to practical completion, and we are dedicated to completing your new home on schedule.
Step One
The Obligation Free Consultation
One of our professional consultants will come to your property to analyse the site and discuss your goals for your new home or renovation. They will walk you through the various design alternatives and assist you in selecting the ideal one for your needs and budget. This obligation-free meeting also allows you to ask any questions you may have so that you may get to know us a little better.
Step Two
The Design
Cutting Edge Carpentry and Construction gives you the freedom to design your home the way you want it. You can change any of our existing home designs to meet your specifications. Alternatively, you can hire one of our experienced architects to design your dream home alongside you. You can even create from pre-existing blueprints. It is entirely up to you!
Step Three
The Quote
When you’re happy with the design of your home, we’ll prepare and present your free tender quotation. There’s no obligation to proceed any further if you are not completely satisfied.
Step Four
Expert Assessments
After you approve our quote and pay the deposit cost, we will conduct an expert investigation of your site, which will include a soil test, contour survey, pre-site assessment, and compliance test. This will ensure that we have the most up-to-date information and are in accordance with all applicable council requirements.
Step Five
Selections
Next, it’s time to help make your house a home by selecting your colours, finishes, fixtures and features. Our design consultants will work with you to make selections for your new home’s kitchen, tiling, carpet, bathroom, staircase, (if relevant) and electrical layout.
Step Six
Approvals and Contracts
Once your selections are finalised, we’ll update your final plans before presenting your comprehensive fixed price building contract. We’ll also lodge your plans for approval with the relevant authorities on your behalf.
Step Seven
The Build
It's time to start working on your new house! Your Cutting Edge Carpentry and Construction Supervisor will send you weekly updates to keep you updated at all times. There will also be periodical site inspections at key periods in the construction process.
Step Eight
Final Inspections
Prior to completion, we will undertake an independent inspection and quality control to identify anything that might need addressing.
Step Nine
Move In
The time has come! Upon completion, you will be given the keys to your fresh new space. We hope you have a great time there and make many nice memories.
